Arada Masaar
Arada Masaar — Masaar is Arada's forest community in the Al Suyoh area of Sharjah, built around a central green spine of walking and cycling trails with tens of thousands of trees planted across the masterplan. It isn't a single project but a community delivered in stages — the original Masaar neighbourhoods, then Masaar 2, and the current Masaar 3 launch. Homes range from 2 to 4 bedroom townhouses to larger 4 to 6 bedroom villas, grouped in gated clusters such as Saro, Sequoia, Robinia, Sendian and Azalea.
